With Kevin Durant seemingly leading the MVP race, this appears to be OKC’s best shot at winning a title. They’re playing well as a team and so is KD. He took it up another notch when Westbrook went out, and that has continued now that he’s back on a limit restriction because of his recent knee issues.
All of that being said, OKC will need 100% of Westbrook in the playoffs. They won’t have the luxury of playing him every other game. According to Scott Brooks, that’s not a guarantee.
