Nike uses the new KD VI to debut the new iridescent chroma material option thru the Nike iD sneaker customization program.
Sort of what a iridescent paint job is to a car, the Chroma option is to the Nike iD KD VI. Creating a two-tone effect, a KD VI with a Chroma upper will change colors depending on light amount & viewing angle. Those interested in the Chroma effect have their choice of six different colors to fade from.
The ‘Chroma’ upper option bumps the price up to $200 from the usual $150 that a Nike iD KD VI usually carries. Head over to the Nike iD webstore to create your own custom KD VI.
