14 Yr Old Seventh Woods Shows Out Again, 15 Dunks At Ice Breaker Invitational

Apparently all the hype surrounding elite level, freshman baller Seventh Woods is for real as the still only 14 year old hoop sensation from South Carolina has followed up his insane freshman season mixtape with more unbelievable footage from his recent domination of the competition at the 2013 Ice Breaker Invitational.

Woods was again sensational, throwing down an estimated 15 dunks during the tournament, also showing some deft touch on his jumper, and a unique scoring mentality that should have him in high demand upon HS graduation.

The 6’2 combo guard has already been touted as the best 14 year old baller on the planet, and has been described as a perfect combination of both Derrick Rose and Dwyane Wade, but much more advanced at his age.  Hopefully he can continue to grow a few more inches but he seems to finish with excellent strength at the rim and has outstanding hang time when forced to adjust on the fly, implying Woods has some insane potential.

While we shouldn’t get too excited about a player just finishing 9th grade, but considering Woods doesn’t turn 15 until August, there’s good reason for all of the excitement surrounding the phenom, as he makes you do a double take, considering he’s doing things at such a young age that some players entering college aren’t yet doing.

He’s the next in line of insanely young prospects, following Lebron James, Harrison Barnes, and most recently a then only 13 year old Andrew Wiggins, that have benefited from the modern age of exposure thanks to the internet and social media.

Imagine the hype if Michael Jordan had the benefit of youtube as a young ballplayer……..In any case, remember the name Seventh Woods, as we will be hearing a lot of him in the coming years and THD will keep you posted.
