This morning I discussed Kobe Bryant’s “Big Balls” dance and I mentioned how Kobe should have waited until the final buzzer sounded and he knew they secured the win before displaying that level of cockiness.
As you may or may not know, Roger Mason Jr. with less than 10 seconds on the clock, went up for a jumper from the baseline (almost a three but his foot touched the line) and got fouled in the act. But the craziest part was he made the bucket! He was off balance falling to the floor and threw up a money ball! So I guess Mason Jr. didn’t take too kindly to the Kobe Big Balls dance. Instead of throwing it back in the Lakers/Kobe’s face, he just calmly walked to the free throw line, knocked down the freebie for the lead, and went about his business. Good on you, Roger!
