During this past NBA preseason, a lot of games were played overseas. The Los Angeles Clippers played two games against the defending NBA Champion Miami Heat over in Beijing, China. While a lot of the sneaker attention was put on Dwyane Wade and his move to Li-Ning during that time, Under Armour used the trip Far East to draw up an unreleased colorway of their latest basketball sneaker, the Micro G Charge BB.
The Under Armour Charge BB – ‘China Tour’ might not look to be traditional Clippers colors, but with the Micro G Charge BB not being a traditional basketball sneaker does that really matter? This new silhouette from Under Armour is all performance with unapologetic aesthetics that is likely be overlooked during this time but coveted in years to come.
Chances are this is another one of the UA Basketball’s infamous Player Exclusives that will not release to anyone not named DeAndre Jordan, so for now we are just left with these pictures.
