Newly named 2nd time NBA All Star Joakim Noah likely will be a few thousand dollars short in his next game check after a vicious expletive tirade directed at the referees Monday night as the Bulls took on the Sacramento Kings.
In the midst of Sacramento’s first win over the last 8 games, a 99-70 blowout of the Bulls, Noah became unglued after getting a 2nd technical in the 3rd quarter, no doubt a product of trying to contain beastly All Star snub Demarcus Cousins and his 25 points and 16 rebounds.
Noah’s reaction to the mandatory ejection was priceless, making it a point to approach every single official and shout “F You” before being led to the locker rooms by security.
The 7-foot Bulls center later apologized but is likely in line for a size-able fine from new NBA Commissioner David Silver, who has been in office for a few days.
It will be interesting to see just how Silver handles his first disciplinary action as Commissioner as former commish David Stern once fined Kobe Bryant more than $100,000 for a double F bomb profanity laced tirade on officials back in 2011.
If you have any small children or are sensitive to foul language, cover your ears or turn down the volume before watching the video….
