Ewing Athletics continues to make their presence felt this summer with the release of the ’93 Playoffs’ Ewing Focus.
Worn by Patrick Ewing, those unfamiliar with this colorway of the Ewing Focus can trace the original release back to the 1993 NBA Playoffs where the New York Knicks were outed by the Chicago Bulls in a six-game series.
When players had signature sneakers in the NBA in the 90s, the norm was breaking out a mostly black colorway of their shoe for the post season.
This Sunday, May 19th, at the SNKRBST event Ewing Athletics will have a booth setup where you can see samples of the ’93 Playoffs’ Ewing Focus before the release as well as other Ewing Brand goodies on display.
