We all know a guy or two that (maybe you are one…), claims that some NBA players are trash while they watch a game and go as far as to say that they can beat them in a game of 1-on-1.
I will be honest, I like most have said that an NBA player is terrible every now and then in moments of frustration because of a rooting interest, but even in those moments I would be quick to tell you that in the context of the rest of the world outside of the NBA bubble, that individual is a world-class talent and would annihilate me and my junior college basketball resume in any game.
Unfortunately, there are many armchair ballers or rec league or lunch-time pick-up superstars that truly, honestly feel that they can compete with the best basketball players in the world.

The Pro’s vs. Joe’s question will always be fun and somewhat ridiculous, but remember, there is a reason these guys are getting paid millions of dollars to play professional sports and you are not, they are the very best in the world at their craft.
