The wave of injuries continues to hit an already strapped for talent and depth Miami Heat team.
An MRI showed that Dion Waiters suffered a slight Pectineus tear in his groin during the November 28th game against the Boston Celtics, and now doctors say he will miss at least two weeks of action.

The Heat are already dealing with injuries to Tyler Johnson, Justise Winslow and Josh Richardson and just got Wayne Ellington and Goran Dragic back from injury.
Waiters has averaged 14.2 points 4.0 assists and 3.4 rebounds in 31 minutes per game this season and should assume a large role once he returns from injury.
Although the Heat pulled off a 106-98 upset victory in Denver last night, they are 6-12 on the season and have five of their next six games on the road. A tank may be in order in South Beach this season.
