John Wall is in need of image reset. He’s one of the most electrifying point guards in the NBA, but he’s not as marketable as he could be. Sure he has a signature shoe deal, but you could argue he’s last on the pecking order of adidas pitchmen who have a signature shoe with adidas.
Then there’s all-star voting, where he had the fifth most votes among East guards at the last voting returns. Not to mention he’s now a sneaker free agent, as his adidas deal expired at the beginning of the season.
Perhaps all of this has force Wall to part ways with his agent Dan Fegan in hopes of signing with LeBron’s agent, Rich Paul of Klutch Sports.
Washington Wizards point guard John Wall has fired agent Dan Fegan and his team of representatives at Relativity Sports and plans to hire Rich Paul of Klutch Sports, according to two people with knowledge of the situation. Wall has to wait 15 days after notifying Fegan before officially signing with Paul.
