With the Bulls top two leading scorers—Derrick Rose and Jimmy Butler—unable to play as they were both sidelined with injuries, someone needed to step up. One of their promising young guns—Tony Snell, was given the opportunity to start and hopefully gain more confidence from his head coach. As it turned out it was Moore who stepped up big in the fourth quarter to help the Bulls get the tight win over the Thunder.
But for this particular play, Snell should have thought twice in attacking the rim against the Thunder’s defensive anchor—Serge Ibaka, who emphatically swatted his futile attempt. I love defense, don’t you?
