The Lakers tough start was expected by most, but that doesn’t mean it’s easy to deal with. From the coaches to the players, everyone has to answer questions from the media.
Head coach Byron Scott was asked about what he has seen early on from Carlos Boozer and coach feels he can get more out of his power forward. Especially on the defensive end.
“He knows he can play better and I expect him to play better,” Lakers coach Byron Scott said Monday at the Lakers’ practice in El Segundo. “It starts on the defensive end. He has to do a better job against pick-and-roll defense and has to do a better job on guys who are trying to post him up.”
