After helping the Indiana Pacers reach the Eastern Conference Finals for two straight years, Lance Stephenson has decided to take his talents someplace else—Charlotte.
The Charlotte Hornets and the former pacers guard have agreed on a three-year, $27 million dollar contract, according to Chris Broussard of ESPN.com.
Last season, he averaged a career best of 13.8 points, 7.2 rebounds and 4.6 assists per game with Indiana.
The 23-year-old guard will look to start a new chapter in his career—together with superstars Al Jefferson and Kemba Walker. The Hornets will look to outdo their performance last season and make a return to the playoffs once again.

Despite their elimination in the first round of the playoffs, the Hornets have certainly learned a lot from this experience, which will prove to be a good source of maturity in the young roster.
And now with the addition of their newest offensive weapon—Stephenson, the team’s future is looking better and better.
Charlotte fans are in for an exciting season.
