By nature of being terrible all season long, the Philadelphia 76ers have a 19.9% of landing the top pick in next month’s NBA Draft. The Bucks have the best odds with 25%. But as we know, the team with the best chance hardly ever ends up with the best pick.
In recent years, we’ve seen Cavs owner Dan Gilbert send his son to represent the team at the draft lottery as a good luck charm. It worked. The Sixers are trying the same thing this year by sending none other than Dr. J.
