September 27th was the first NBA Media Day of this upcoming season and basketball sneaker fans were in for a surprise. Over at the Oracle Arena in Oakland, the Warriors greeted various members of the media with attention quickly going to Stephen Curry and his feet.
Wearing what is likely to be a player exclusive pair of the Spawn Anatomix, it was then obvious that Steph Curry had left his previous sneaker endorsement deal with Nike to join Under Armour.
Curry joins a list of top NBA point guards who wear Under Armour including Brandon Jennings, Kemba Walker, Greivis Vasquez, and Raymon Felton. Also noteworthy is that his younger brother Seth, who will play his rookie year with the Warriors, was also seen wearing the Spawn Anatomix.
Stephen and Seth Curry join Kent Bazemore as Under Armour-sponsored players on the Golden State Warriors.
