Thanks to the internet, information about upcoming sneakers are easier to get your hands on. There are pictures of the ‘Gold Medal’ Jordan VII on MarqueeSole but those are the GS (grade school) pair which features slightly different tooling like a different neoprene bootie that doesn’t feature the “zig zag” print on the tongue that have been a staple on Jordan VIIs since inception of the shoe.
Unlike the mostly black upper that the Jordan VII which makes up the other half of the pack features, this ‘Gold Medal’ Jordan VI has an entirely white upper albeit the gold accents seen on the midsole, laces, and Jumpman bran dings. The ‘Gold Metal’ Air Jordan pack will drop along with a handful of Jordan Is and the upcoming performance powerhouse the Air Jordan Super Fly in very similar colorways.
No official word on when the ‘Gold Medal’ Jordan VI/VII package hits stores so for now check out these detailed images of the lighter half and check our Kicks section regularly as we should have images of the VIIs up in the near future when they become available.
