Guys on the Heat didn’t take kindly to Lance Stephenson making a choke sign after Lebron’s missed free throw a few gamees ago. Juwan Howard confronted him about that prior to Game 4 and last night, Dexter Pitman also sent a message. We’re all for sending messages, but Stephenson could’ve really gotten hurt. Expect Pitman to be gone for a couple of games.
