Big ups to the Windy Citizen for this image of a letter Duke Basketball Coach Mike Krzyzewski wrote in 1980 to Michael Jordan after trying to recruit him to play for Duke.
Given that the Duke Coach just this past week surpassed Bobby Knight and became the winningest Coach in NCAA history, I’d say they both fared pretty well on their own.
