The New York Knicks are having an exceptional start to the season. The backcourt presence of Jason Kidd and Raymond Felton’s break out performances have been a steadying force for the Knicks offensively. But what has surprised almost everyone, maybe even the Knicks themselves is their defensive presence so far this year.
