When you think of Air Jordans, the colorway that should come to mind is the ones seen on a Chicago Bulls uniform. When MJ was still in the game, this was the one color that you could guarantee his sneakers would come in. Fast forward to these days, Jordans come in every color under the sun but Jordan Brand loyalists have something to look forward to. 2013 will bring about the return of three of the most popular Air Jordan silhouettes featuring the original Fire Red color.
The Air Jordan III and Air Jordan V receive the Retro treatment in their classic home colorways, something that hasn’t been seen since 2007 and 2006 respectively. A new colorway of the Air Jordan IV with a Fire Red suede upper very similar to the ‘Raging Bull’ Jordan V from 2009. These were originally thought to be a Player Exclusive for Carmelo Anthony when he was seen over in London during the Olympic Games in these.
Looking at the cost, the standard Air Jordan Retro price for 2013 will be $160 but expect the inevitable Jordan XI release in December to be a little higher.
