I often hope all of us basketball fans remember the Shawn Kemp who is recognized as one of the best rim rockers of all-time, and not the Shawn Kemp who suffered from alcohol and drug problems late in his career, deeming Ruben Patterson the original “Kobe Stopper”,as a member of the Portland Trail Blazers.
On any note, this is one of Kemp’s all-time best flushes. After Kemp gathers the ball on the perimeter, he charges to the cup like a madman and dunks on Alton Lister. I am not sure if Lister was trying to get away with the flop, or if he though he would save a little face by falling down.
