Cleveland Cavaliers Owner Dan Gilbert wanted to have his good luck charm not only on hand but in the spotlight last night representing his team at the NBA Draft Lottery. And boy did it work well for Gilbert and the team. The Cleveland Cavaliers ended the night winning the lottery and getting the #1 pick in the 2011 NBA Draft.
14 year old Nick was born with Neurofibromatosis and has endured brain surgery, chemotherapy, and a ton of doctor visits during his childhood. So you can’t help but feel great about this day for him in the spotlight. But Nick has not only been making waves in the media today for his luck, he’s also being noted for his retro style at the event sporting a bow tie and retro glasses.
