Detroit’s Andre Drummond to Work Out With Hakeem Olajuwon

Apparently, the fad of NBA players working with Hall of Famer Hakeem Olajuwon isn’t just reserved for veteran players. We’ve seen the likes of Amare Stoudemire, JaVale McGee, and others, pick the brain of “The Dream”.

Andre Drummond of the Detroit Pistons just finished up his rookie campaign, where he earned All-Rookie second team honors, and he is not wasting any time. Drummond was still in diapers when Olajuwon was in his prime, but he’s smart enough to realize that if he truly wants to be a legit big man, it start now.

The Hall of Fame center, one of the game’s all-time great offensive players, is expected to work with the Pistons’ center-forward over the summer to help him with his offensive game, which is still in the infant stages.
