14 seasons into his NBA career and with 1,300 games under his belt, LeBron James is still chugging along and looking as good as ever. On Friday night versus Washington, LeBron James became the 7th member of the 29k point club.
He is now the fastest player to ever reach the milestone, breaking the previous mark held by Kobe Bryant.

He did so during one of the better performances of his NBA career, with 57 points, 11 rebounds and 7 assists.

Kobe reached the milestone at age 33, while LeBron did at at the age of 32 (he turns 33 next month).
LeBron seems to have all of the ability, durability and desire to continue to climb the list and enter the top three by the time he chooses to hang it up.
Here is the current list of number one through seven…
1 Kareem Abdul-Jabbar 38,387
2 KARL MALONE 36,928
3 KOBE BRYANT 33,643
4 MICHAEL JORDAN 32,292
5 WILT CHAMBERLAIN 31,419
6 DIRK NOWITZKI 30,376
7 LeBRON JAMES 29,049
He should be able to reach 30k this season and my guess is that he ends up No. 3 on this list when he retires.
