At 5-10, maybe frustration is setting in for the Wizards. I mean, why else would Bradley Beal seemingly wrap his hand around Evan Fournier’s neck in an attempt to defuse a minor scuffle when the Wizards visited the Magic a few evenings ago?
Watching it live, at regular speed, everything seemed harmelss. But when you slow it down, you can see Beal making an extra attempt at Fournier. For his actions, Bradley Beal has been fined $15,000 by the NBA.

The NBA fined Washington’s Bradley Beal $15,000 for grabbing Evan Fournier’s neck during a game Friday against Orlando.
Beal was assessed a technical foul during the fourth quarter of the Wizards’ 94-91 victory over the Magic, and the league tacked on the additional penalty Sunday.
