Richard Jefferson’s impact on the Cavs in the Finals could not have been foreseen. When they acquired him, it appeared as if he would find his way on the end of the bench and just rot. But such was not the case. In fact, he played a huge role all series long and even started a game.
But last night’s game 7 victory was his last. The 36-year-old, who still has plenty of game left has decided to call it a career and hang it up. His career began with a Finals appearances in New Jersey, and ends with one in Cleveland.
