Steph Curry and the Golden State Warriors have been battling the Cavaliers since the beginning of this month. GS currently leads the NBA Finals 3-2. After getting roasted by the entire internet about the release of his Curry 2 lows, Stephan Curry is trying to redeem himself with the release of the new Under Armour Curry 2 Waves.
I don’t think he’ll be roasted for this one. It’s a pretty dope concept. The shoe has a white back drop with metallic silver accents on the toe box. The theme is prominent across the entire upper, with the graphic giving way to a waved pattern in a grayish silver hue.
Royal blue hits can be seen on the midsole, UA branding, and laces to add a bit of contrast to the predominantly neutral palette.
The Under Armour Curry 2 Waves will release on Thursday, June 16th at select UA retailers. The price tag has been set at $130 USD.
