Lakers players are angry at rookie D’Angelo Russell.
A video of Russell taping a private conversation with Nick Young was recently leaked. In the video, D’Angelo Russell asked Swaggy P, who recently got engaged to Iggy Azalea, about being with other women.
His actions has caused his teammates to lose trust in him and according to a report from ESPN, they are now isolating the rookie and refusing to sit with him at meals.
At a recent breakfast meeting, one source said, no Laker would sit with Russell at his table. The source added that, in another instance, Russell came into the locker room and sat next to guard Lou Williams, who got up and walked away.
“It’s bad,” one team source told ESPN’s Ramona Shelburne. “It’s about as bad as it can get. There were trust issues already. Now there’s no trust.”
The video was uploaded to Twitter last week. It clearly shows D’Angelo Russell filming teammate Nick Young while he is watching TV in a hotel room and responding to Russell’s questions about women. Nick Young talks about having hooked up with a 19-year-old woman “after the club” during the summer, seemingly admitting to having cheated on his fiancée Iggy Azalea.

No one knows how the video got leaked but the tension it is causing is not only affecting the players personal relationship with Russell but was also a factor behind their 48 point loss to the Jazz on Monday.
Although none of the Lakers are thrilled by this video being leaked, it seems one person appreciated it: Iggy!
