Well this is awkward.
During his retirement tour, Kobe Bryant has had his share of smiles, laughs and even hugs, but apparently some fans Kobe denies.
Wednesday night the Lakers played and lost 128-119 to the Memphis Grizzlies and the FedExForum was on its feet to salute Kobe one last time.
Kobe embraced the applause walking past his teammates towards the end of the bench. He high-fived all of his teammates and even some fans sitting in the second row, all except for one. One particular fan saw The Black Mamba approach and tried to give him a congratulatory hug only to be denied.
And she was persistent!
Despite multiple attempts at getting his attention (extending her arms in a faux hug, standing up beside him, saying something to him, leaning forward toward his seat), she was unsuccessful.
