Training camp is underway and most coach, I’m sure, would appreciate it if their guys came into came in shape. That way, camp can be used to go over actual basketball stuff, rather than using that time to tackle conditioning.
The former is apparently the case with Kings rookie Willie Cauley-Stein who is apparently out of shape to start Kings camp.
When you show up to camp and you can’t run up and down the court twice without being so winded you have to pull yourself off the court, then something’s wrong.
