Josh Smith spent nine seasons in Atlanta before ultimately signing in Detroit. That’s a long time and you’d think a player would develop a connection with a fanbase during that time. Not the case, however, for Smith.
The Rockets visited Atlanta to take on the Hawks last night and Smith was soundly booed each and every time he touched the ball. Naturally, Smith had a reaction to that after the game.
“I mean, those fans are fickle, very fickle and bandwagoners,” Smith said. “It really doesn’t mean anything to me.”
