With Stephen Curry starting in his second-straight All-Star Game (and this time in his first signature shoe), Under Armour laced him with the ‘Dark Matter’ colorway of the UA Curry One.
For the ‘Dark Matter’ Curry One, Under Armour got the nickname from actual dark matter not being able to be directly seen, the material draws parallels to Curry’s game in the sense that the work he puts in the gym when no one is around also isn’t seen…just like actual dark matter.
Like all other Under Armour Curry One pairs, this edition features the new Charged Cushioning system and Anafoam upper to be comfortable all around the shoe; not just underneath but on the walls as well. This print seen here has come to be known as Rain Camo and was seen on the pair Chef Curry wore when he debuted the Curry One and will pop up on other special edition colorways later on in the year, just in different colors.
The ‘Dark Matter’ Under Armour Curry One release on February 13th for $120 at the UA webstore as well as retailers around NYC.
