DeMarcus Cousins has missed the last 3 games for the Kings due to a viral infection, but it appears to have gotten a bit more serious as he has now been hospitalized. However, he’s expected back next week at some point.
Big Cuz is averaging nearly 24 and 13 on the season, so needless to say, Sacramento will miss him.
DeMarcus Cousins won’t be suiting up for the next couple of games as he continues to recover from a viral infection.
Cousins, who underwent additional evaluation on Tuesday evening, missed the last three games – all losses – with the illness. The team said Wednesday that Cousins will not be in uniform when Sacramento hosts Indiana on Friday and Orlando on Saturday.
Team physicians admitted Cousins to the hospital for treatment and rest.
