With the emergence of Steven Adams in the frontcourt for OKC, many wondered why Kendrick Perkins was continuing to get the starting lineup nod. But certain circumstances may be shaping up to change this.
Perk has a strained quad and will miss the start of training camp. Who knows if that will bleed into the preseason and eventually the regular season. If so, look for Adams to assert himself and possibly make this a tough decision for OKC when Perk is back and healthy.
