Now that the World Cup is here, Jordan Brand jumps into the fray of sportswear companies with themed releases surrounding the (actual) Football event being held in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil by releasing the limited ‘Brazil Pack’ featuring new colorways of the Air Jordan VI (6) and Jordan CP3.VII AE as well as a complete apparel collection.
Breaking down the two-sneaker package, the Jordan CP3.VII AE is a stripped down version of 2013’s best basketball sneaker (the Jordan CP3.VII) and features the Brazilian national colors and features green Jumpman-trademark elephant print with a yellow midsole and also features a clear, translucent rubber around the herringbone traction pods on the outsole bottom.
For the ‘Brazil’ Jordan 6, premium materials are said to have been used on the upper like suede-ish leather and a premium nubuck. The Brazil inspiration is executed thru the green-and-yellow accents seen on the midsole paint speckles, lace lock, and Jumpman branding.
The apparel collection is available now while the Jordan ‘Brazil Pack’ featuring the Air Jordan VI (6) and Jordan CP3.VII AE releases together as a set on June 21st in select retailers and on the Jordan webstore for $500.
