The Brooklyn Nets dropped game 5 to the Raptors and if you ask Nets coach Jason Kidd, it had alot to do with flopping. Kidd was upset that the refs were rewarding the Raptors for flopping and sounded off afterwards:
“If flopping is the way to go, then we have to maybe play that game,” Kidd said later. “But Joe (Johnson) is a strong individual and unfortunately, he doesn’t flop. He plays and he doesn’t complain. But that’s why we have officials, for them to make calls.”
Well, as we all know, the league doesn’t tolerate that type of lip. From anyone. Kidd has been fined $25,000 as expected.
