That’s why the recently released 7-footer without a job has drawn interest from many teams. Eight to be exact according to reports. Let’s just hope these suitors know what they’re doing because this can end quickly.
Former Cleveland Cavaliers center Andrew Bynum has reportedly drawn interest from eight NBA teams, according to a tweet Wednesday from ESPN’s Chris Broussard.
The full list of teams interested in the former All-Star’s services is not known. As previously reported, Broussard said the Miami Heat and the Los Angeles Clippers remain in the mix to land the big man. Sean Deveney of Sporting News reported that the New York Knicks and Brooklyn Nets are also expected to reach out to Bynum, but that the Indiana Pacers, despite being a contender and perhaps a team that would be of interest to Bynum, have no interest in the 26-year-old. Bynum cannot sign with a team until he clears waivers on Thursday.
