cInspired by Carmelo Anthony breaking a Team USA record of 37 points, artist & frequent Jordan Brand collaborator Dave White worked on a special pair of the Jordan Melo M9 to commemorate this feat.
Featuring Dave White’s trademark stars in gold, this Jordan Melo M9 features a white reflective upper as well as a clear outsole with golden flakes in the rubber compound. Keeping with the Olympic inspiration, the midsole is entirely painted gold as well as the tongue and Jumpman branding.
As far back as January, our readers might remember that we followed the development of the Dave White collaboration on the Jordan Melo M9 since the New York Knicks was over in London last season to play the Detroit Pistons in a regular-season basketball game.
