Linsanity is officially over. After setting New York on fire a few years ago, the Knicks wisely decided not to overpay for the point guard and allow Houston to do so. Entering his second season with the Rockets, it appears as if Jeremy Lin has lost his starting PG job to Patrick Beverley.
But in the end, Lin is the winner because he got a rich contract out of the whole ordeal.
“I don’t know why it’s a big surprise”, Parsons said. “It’s the same as how the preseason ended.” Tha means Patrick Beverley will not only make his first opening night roster, he’ll be making his first opening night start.
