The Miami Heat are a probably the most attractive destination for veteran free agents whose best years are behind them. Look no further than Ray Allen and Shane Battier, to name a few.
We can add Chauncey Billups to that list as well. The 37-year old has expressed interest in playing for the Heat. Bullips has never been super athletic, which means he isn’t drastically removed from his prime. However, it also means that it’s uncertain as to whether or not he could lead a speedy Miami Heat fast-break.
