As great of a ball player as he was, Michael Jordan has been nothing short of a front office executive disaster. Last season, his Bobcats finished with the worst winning percentage in NBA history. And they’re not doing too much better this year.
Despite routinely having a pick in the lottery, the Bobcats never seem to improve. But if you ask Jordan, he vows to change that. He plans on taking a deep look into the staff this off-season. Wonder if Mike Dunlap will be relieved of his duties after just a year. If so, MJ needs to make a splash with the next hire.
During a question-and-answer session, Jordan was asked specifically about the performance of first-year head coach Mike Dunlap. Jordan was non-committal in his assessment of Dunlap. But that’s when he made the general statement that everyone in the organization will be re-evaluated at the end of the season.
