Despite some pretty unbelievable talent on the football field that will one day land him a spot in Canton, Ohio at the Pro Football Hall of Fame, elite NFL receiver Terrell Owens will always be known equally for his antics and publicity stunts off the field as his dominating play on the gridiron.
There’s no doubting that the man known primarily by two letters “T.O”, absolutely loves the camera.
That’s why I’m betting the farm that we will be seeing Owens much more often on television and possibly on the big screen with his pro football career coming abruptly to a halt when the Seattle Seahawks released him after only 20 days on their roster during this past preseason.
Maybe a 2nd career in hoops is in his future? That’s right, in case you didn’t already know, “T.O” is a darn good basketball player that has played in several celebrity hoops games and adult leagues in his spare time. He even became the first non-basketball celebrity to dunk in the 2008 NBA Celebrity Game during All Star weekend.
Let’s face it, he’s athletically gifted for any sport and keeps in impeccable shape even as he nears his 40’s. That’s why it comes as no surprise that Owens excels on the hardwood as well.
But how would the 6’3 Owens fare against 4’4″ Venice Basketball League All Star and Streetball legend Mani Love in a friendly game of one-on-one? Of course, the contest was caught on camera…
Check out T.O vs 4’4 Mani Love:
