Remember the female Miami Heat fan that ‘went viral’ after Game 4 when she got Lebron’s game worn headband on his way to the lockerroom? Well it wasn’t so much that she got the headband, and more the fact that she immediately put the sweaty headband on and wore it out of the arena without being disgusted.
Jennifer Chaplin, a 21-year-old from Miami Beach, was seen smiling on national television as she accepted the used headband and then without hesitation placed it on her head. The video, which was posted on YouTube by ESPN, has close to 6,000 views. Kris Humphries, an NBA player and Kim Kardashian’s ex, also tweeted about LeBron’s offering.
Well apparently she’s threatening to wear the stinky headband for as long as it takes for Miami to win the title…Chaplin went on to say this about her future plans for the headband:
Chaplin, whose family has season tickets to the Heat games, plans on wearing the headband to every game, “until the Heat win the NBA Finals,” she said. “I’m not going to wash it.”
