President Barack Obama Debuts New Under Armour Basketball Sneaker

December 2, 2011 – Ben Berry

The roster for President Barack Obama’s exhibition game isn’t the only growing aspect of the event, sneaker companies are also starting to take notice of just how big a stage the game’s participants will be on. 2011 has brought on the biggest surge that Under Armour Basketball has ever seen and it doesn’t look to be ending anytime soon.

Seen above is the 44th President of the United States with an unreleased pair of Under Armour basketball sneakers bearing the easily recognizable Presidential Seal. The shape of this yet-to-be-named silhouette is very similar to UA Basketball’s Micro G Clutch and the comparison can also be made due to the similar lacing system seen on both sneakers.

This game is to help raise money for the Obama Victory Fund, President Obama’s reelection campaign. Tip off for the Obama Classic Basketball Game is scheduled for December 12th in Washington D.C. but stay in tune to The Hoop Doctors for any developments on this and everything else basketball.
