If there is one guy on this list who dominated the game on both ends of the floor it was Patrick Ewing. Not only was he an 11 time all-star, but he was also a 3 time all-defensive second team selection. Ewing suffered the misfortune of playing in an era with Michael Jordan, Hakeem Olajuwon, David Robinson, and Karl Malone. When you think about it, its pretty amazing he was even in the conversation.
