Aside from Michael Jordan, I think most would agree that George 'The Iceman' Gervin was the greatest scorer to ever play in the NBA. His unstoppable finger roll gave defenders nightmares. Gervin did win the All-Star Game MVP, and was a 9x NBA All-Star. He was in the running at least 2 or 3 times in the late 70's.
