If it wasn't for that pesky Wilt Chamberlain or the greatest champion Bill Russell, Elgin would have won the MVP award in at least two or three different seasons. As an 11 time all-star, 10 time all-NBA first team, and rookie of the year in 1959, Baylor certainly had his fair share of awards. And lets not forget his All-Star Game MVP in his rookie season.
