Assuming you’ve seen Episode 1 and Episode 2 of “Kevin Durant’s 35th Hour”, you’ll know that they both had a lot to do with KD on the court, especially his participation in those countless Pro-Am games this past summer. This episode, however, is different in that he’s not playing ball at all. It gives a small glimpse into what is undoubtedly a very busy schedule away from actually playing basketball.
One thing that stood out to me in this episode is his willingness to sign as many autographs and pose for as many pictures as he possibly can. That’s very big of him to always do that. I had a chance to see that first hand when I represented The Hoop Doctors at August’s Capital Punishment game and witnessed him spend what seemed to be a solid 20 minutes interacting with fans on the court after the game, before he finally headed to the locker room.
