5’5 Pee Wee Gardner Has Mad Handles, Best in 2012 Class

September 7, 2011 – Allen Moll

Surely most of you by now have heard of Class of 2011 highlight reel PG Kiwi Gardner based on his vast library of youtube videos showcasing his mad handles and elite level scoring abilities. After all, the Providence College bound spark plug did score 51 points in a game and arguably has the most handles of anyone in the 2011 Class.

With Kiwi set to run rampant all over opposing Big East backcourts next season, who takes over the crown as best ball-handler in the high school ranks? With all due respect to exciting rising junior and Baltimore native Aquille Carr, the honor of having the most ridiculous handles has to go to Kiwi’s little brother Pee Wee Gardner, know affectionately as “The Mixtape President.”

While Carr is fresh off an MVP performance in the 2011 Boost Mobile Elite Game and even though he scored 58 points in a game, Pee Wee Gardner’s handles are literally insane.

The 5’5 human highlight reel just finished up his junior campaign and will undoubtedly get tons of interest from some high level D1 schools despite his rather diminutive stature. While Pee Wee has yet to show he has the springs that his older brother has, his wet ball-handling skills, dare I say, are some of the best I’ve ever seen.

Pee Wee plays for San Leandro HS in California and just finished up an outstanding Summer AAU campaign with the legendary Oakland Soldiers. While not as well known as some of his senior class contemporaries, surely Pee Wee will be on TheHoopDoctors.com’s radar going forward.
