Over the weekend, OKC big man Kendrick Perkins was arrested for public intoxication and disorderly conduct. Not only is Perkins maintaining his innocence in the matter, but he and his attorney are considering pursuing a police brutality claim against the arresting officers.
The attorney for NBA star Kendrick Perkins has filed a pre-trial motion on Public Intoxication and Disorderly Conduct charges against the professional athlete.
It’ll now be up to a judge to decide if and when the case will be heard.
